GOAL and OBJECTIVES

GOAL & OBJECTIVES OF THE COLLEGE

Goal:

“To provide inculcated and trained quality-leaders of teaching Physical Education and Sports to Secondary School/Jr. Colleges based on recommendation of the State Government & University.”

Objectives:

To prepare Qualified Teachers in the field of Physical Education required to be appointed in Secondary and Higher secondary School.
To render best services in the field of Physical Education and sports.
To give the ideas of responsibilities shouldered on a pupil-teacher of Physical Education in relation to Teaching-Learning process.
To bring perfection among the pupil-teachers in various aspects viz. Administrative, Organizational, Supervisory part of Physical Education especially in connection with Teaching-Learning Process & coaching of sports & games.
To let the pupil-teachers understand the philosophy of Physical Education.
To motivate the pupil-teachers to acquire more knowledge through prescribed subjects.
To stimulate the teaching staff to promote the academic environment for promotions of quality of teaching-learning in higher level.
To equipped and properly maintained the Administrative building, Laboratory, Class-rooms and Play-ground/Field possessed by the college.
To provide Vocational-Guidance to the people in the field of physical education and sports.
